Nando’s recently launched a new franchise at Hebron Mall in Itsoseng, marking its debut in the area and sparking considerable excitement within the community.
After months of negotiations and preparations, the highly anticipated grand opening took place in the mall’s second phase building.
Lehlohonolo Lola Masemola, Co-partners of the Nando’s Hebron Mall franchise, expressed her enthusiasm for the grand opening, highlighting Hebron’s untapped potential as a motivating factor behind establishing Nando’s presence in the area.
“Hebron presents significant opportunities for business growth, particularly in empowering the local youth. In the current economic climate,

it’s crucial to introduce new ventures that uplift communities. We’re thrilled to establish our presence here at Hebron Mall,” Masemola said.
With Nando’s traditionally situated in urban areas, the launch of the Hebron Mall franchise signals a shift towards broader accessibility.
Masemola emphasised that this move reflects Nando’s commitment to serving diverse demographics and upholding its South African heritage.
Furthermore, the Nando’s Hebron Mall franchise expressed its intention to initiate various community empowerment programs, particularly targeting youth development.

“We aspire to not only succeed commercially but also make a meaningful impact on local culture and sports. Ultimately, we envision establishing a lasting institution, such as a school academy, that benefits the community, especially its youth,” Masemola explained.
As the newly opened Nando’s gears up for its first weekend, anticipation runs high for an influx of customers eager to savor the renowned chicken and sauce offerings.
