Faith and Hope Foundation, a local NGO, has partnered to donate clothing, food to the elderly and needy in Ga-Rankuwa.
Donations were made in celebration of the idea that every individual has the power to change communities and make a positive impact.
The positive initiative honours a day where communities work together to promote peace, reconciliation, cultural diversity and fight poverty.
According to Faith Sibeko, the founder of Faith and Hope Foundation, this is being done today to make a difference in the lives of people in communities.

“Keeping people happy is meaningful in our communities, and with our help we can make a difference. We all have the ability and responsibility to make our communities better places,” said Sibeko.
The people of Ga-Rankuwa were very happy with the gifts and food the guests gave them. Community members expressed their appreciation to MTN, Dockey Tladi Foundation, One Connect, and TUT who contributed to the success of the event.

“We are grateful that they remembered us today and brought us food and clothes, and we hope they continue to do positive works in the community,” said Nthabi Rabapane a community member.
