ActionSA visited the Kgabo Clinic in Winterveldt to assess its healthcare service compliance to the community and engage with locals ahead of the elections in 2024.
Every Monday, party members in the Tshwane caucus visit clinics to ensure residents receive quality medical care.

ActionSA’s Tshwane Regional Chairperson, Jackie Mathabathe, told the Tshwane Bulletin that this site visit aims to determine what challenges clinics face when providing services.
” Our engagement with Kgabo Clinic staff has made us realise that our health facilities face tremendous pressure to provide services”
“The clinic also faces the problem of foreigners demanding services without proper documentation,” said Mathabathe.
Councillor Hannes Coetzee highlighted ActionSA’s commitment to the law. Their goal is to ensure people are well-educated and receive health care.
This clinic is overcrowded and the brickwork indicates it is not a healthy environment for patients. We are here to inspect, and from here we will send a petition to the provincial government.
We try to push the provincial government to improve through petitions”, said Coetzee.
Tea was served to community members and clinic attendees, Resident Alfred Mashiane stressed the importance of voting because votes represent individual voices.

Despite not seeing anything from Action SA, he is determined to vote for it. This is because the current governing coalition is not doing anything for Winterveldt.
