ActionSA in Tshwane has established the MAWIGA constituency led by Mpho Chauke. MAWIGA is a combination of Mabopane, Winterveldt, Ga-Rankuwa, and Akasia, and currently has 14 wards within their constituency.
MAWIGA Constituency will be introduced to Ward 20. On the 20th of May, they will launch it in Wards 22 and 30, and on the 10th of June, they will launch Wards 4 and 29.
The Chairperson of MAWIGA Constituency, Mpho Chauke hopes to launch in 14 wards by August. Moreover, they want to bring hope to the community.
Chauke said they want to improve the community’s living conditions through the provision of basic services and the creation of job opportunities.
With constituencies, they will be able to reach out to communities and provide help to those who need it.
“These launches are part of the 2024 election campaign and to increase visibility and awareness of ActionSA in Wards,” said Chauke.
As a result, he said, constituencies will be created in all Tshwane Wards and members will be elected to run those wards.
“The ANC created a mess in our communities, and ActionSA is the only hope to fix our country,” Chauke said.
